How much fuel can I order?

We require a minimum of 500 litres of fuel to be ordered, however we can also deliver 205L barrels (45-gallon drums) depending on your location. There’s no maximum amount of fuel you can order, our largest tankers store up to 36,000 litres but if you need more fuel, we’ll just send more tankers!

Where can I get my fuel delivered?

We supply fuels to businesses and off-grid homes across the UK thanks to our vast network of depots. For off-grid home deliveries, a minimum quantity of 500 litres applies and this will also depend on your location. Call 0330 678 0880 today and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Can you provide emergency fuel deliveries?

Yes! Our same-day emergency fuel deliveries are available 24/7, 365 days a year so we can guarantee your fuel supply when you need it most. If your tanks are running low, call 0330 678 0880 today, and our team will be able to arrange a delivery for as soon as possible.

Can I choose a delivery slot?

Yes, if you have a preference when placing your order, you can arrange a date for delivery with your account manager and we’ll offer you a choice of a morning or afternoon slot.

Do I need to be home or onsite to take my delivery?

No! As long as your tank is accessible, our drivers can make the fuel delivery with no one present. Please make sure that your tank is easily reachable and let your account manager know where they should leave the delivery receipt.

How do I know how much fuel has been delivered?

Our tankers are equipped with sensors that monitor the fuel levels so you know exactly how much fuel has been delivered.

How can I save money on my fuel deliveries?

Purchasing fuel in bulk can help to save money on fuel as this will require fewer deliveries which means fewer delivery fees. Additionally, buying your fuel outside of peak demand will help you save on your fuel costs as wholesale prices tend to rise when demand does – so if possible, buy your fuel ahead of the busy winter period.

It’s also important that you understand the intended application of your fuel. For instance, if you’re using diesel only for commercial heating, IHO is a cost-effective alternative that can help to reduce your costs (please note that IHO is not suitable for use in vehicles and must only be used for heating applications).

My storage tank is hard to access, can you make the delivery?

Yes! Our tankers are equipped with long hoses of up to 60m meaning we can easily access the more difficult-to-reach storage tanks. Please let your account manager know if your tank is hard-to-access and we’ll make sure we send a suitable tanker that will be able to access it.

How long will the fuel delivery take at my site?

This will depend on your site and how much fuel is being delivered. Our drivers always aim to deliver your fuel as quickly and as professionally as possible to ensure site disruption is kept to a minimum.

Can I make specific requests to the driver?

Yes! Whether the driver needs a code to access the site or if they need to ask for someone to make the delivery, let your account manager know and they’ll make a note for your driver.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If you notice a problem with your order and would like to make an amendment, please let your account manager know as soon as possible and we can try to resolve it.
